Privacy policy

Data handled

The private workflow handles Garmin cycling records, selected ride statistics, weight entries, manually supplied sleep and soreness notes, training goals and coaching context. Raw activity files and credentials stay on the private server. The uploader sends an explicit list of summary and context files to a private Google Drive folder; it does not upload raw FIT files or GPS streams.

Google access and use

The server uploader requests Google Drive access to create and update coaching files in the configured private folder. The Drive authorization scope permits access beyond that folder; the uploader's configured operations are limited to the coaching folder. OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored privately on the server and used to maintain this connection.

The owner separately connects Google Drive to ChatGPT. The scheduled coaching task reads the selected private files to generate the owner's daily report. Google and OpenAI process data under their respective service terms and privacy policies. This app does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or make training files public. Google user data is used only to provide this personal workflow, subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and control

Files remain on the server and in Google Drive until the owner deletes them. Reports and conversation history remain in ChatGPT until removed there, subject to the provider's retention policies. The owner can revoke Google access in Google Account permissions and disable the uploader or scheduled task. Revoking access does not automatically delete existing files or reports.

This public website

The public information pages contain no analytics or advertising. The private dashboard uses secure, HttpOnly, same-site cookies to maintain a sign-in for up to twelve hours and to protect its forms. Login attempts are temporarily limited to reduce password guessing. Check-ins submitted through that dashboard are saved to the private server diary and included in the next private Drive publication. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request details such as IP addresses and request times for delivery and security. No ride or weight records are served by this website.
