Cycling Coach

A private, personal cycling training and weight review workflow operated by Tom Ivall.

Cycling Coach collects the owner's Garmin cycling activities on a private server, prepares selected ride summaries and manual check-ins, and uploads those summaries to a private Google Drive folder. A scheduled ChatGPT task reads that folder to produce a daily training review.

This website provides information about the app. It does not display training records, offer account registration, or request Google credentials.

Google authorization is used by the owner's server uploader. It is separate from the Google Drive connection used by ChatGPT.
